The first quilt (3 photos) was made by Kat from KoolKat for sale, and will be displayed at the Crow’s Nest Arts and Craft Centre when it re-opens (if not sold prior). It features blocks of Bali floral pattern with black and other Bali pieces, with an aqua backing. It has been quilted with the new daisies e2e machine quilting pattern in an aqua thread.
The Bambi quilt comes from Barbara of Oakey and is being quilted with the I Love It trailing hearts pattern.

Congratulations to entrants for the high stand of works submitted to AQC in 2015.
Carmel from Woodend in Ipswich sent us this quilt based on Kathy’s Kathmandu quilt pattern. It is being quilted in the daisy chain e2e machine quilting pattern and will have the binding completed.
This blue and white quilt from Judy at The Gap in Brisbane has been sitting in her cupboard for some years, but now she has decided to have it quilted. She chose the budget meander e2e machine quilting pattern in a pale blue thread.
Peg from Roma asked us to choose so Kathy of KoolKat decided the Fireflies e2e machine quilting pattern in a hot pink thread would suit this fairy quilt. We matched it with a spray paint hot pink backing fabric.
The Bali Butterfly on the left has been made from a kit and pattern purchased from the KoolKat stand at Toowoomba Quilt Show by Janet from Mt Omaney, Brisbane while the pink butterfly was made by Marie from Surat at last year’s KoolKat Quilting workshop held there.
This is Cathy’s Bali Butterfly quilt made during the KoolKat Quilting workshop held in Surat last month by Kathy Adams. We have chosen lilac thread and purple K1002 Marble Scroll backing for this quilt. Bali Butterfly is on the 2015 workshop program.
Two quilts from Lyn at Quilpie arrived this morning. The quilt on the left was done in the Thoroughly Modern workshop held by Kathy Adams of KoolKat Quilting at Quilpie in August.
