Big start to this week. Eight quilts arrived on Friday last.
Hearts pattern and quilt label
Jan from Tweed Heads West made this quilt in memory of her visit to Paris. It also features a unique embroidered quilt label made by KoolKat.
Circles and lines e2e pattern
Circles and lines e2e pattern was chosen for this quilt made by Jen from Meringandan. An individual embroidered quilt label has also been provided.
Just roses and clover e2e machine quilting patterns.
The first quilt was made by Debby from Belivah and she chose the just roses e2e pattern and asked for an embroidered quilt label. Gail from Cooroy asked for the clover e2e pattern on her king size quilt.
Auntie’s quilts received from Mudgeeraba
Cassie from Mudgeeraba sent these two quilts made for her nieces. Cassie asked for embroidered quilt labels for each quilt, and also asked for the tea rose e2e machine quilting pattern.
Sunday morning coming down at KoolKat
We don’t normally work on Sundays, but it made sense as tomorrow is set aside for machine maintenance and repair. One never turns down a booking for sewing machine maintenance person. The first quilt is another large quilt from Christina of Toowoomba and it is being quilted in the budget I Love It trailing hearts e2e machine quilting pattern, as is the quilt from Sandy of Toowoomba further below. Sandy often requests labels for her quilts and two of these are also featured below.
On the hop at KoolKat
This is Sandy’s quilt from Highfields near Toowoomba. The quilt top features a rabbit, so KoolKat Quilting was asked to make a label featuring a rabbit as part of the design of this unique embroidered quilt label. Backing supplied by KoolKat Quilting, and the quilt was quilted using the Clover e2e machine quilting pattern designed by Hermione Agee.
