Thank you to our customers during the July special.
Thank you everyone who took up the Christmas in July special machine quilting offer. We had a record month in the number of quilts handled, and the last of these was completed this week. We found the drop off box for quilts received and pick up box for completed quilts seemed to work well for visitors to the studio. We’d like to continue with this, and it may well become mandatory should a Covid outbreak occur in our Local Government Area. Visitors are still able to have a consultation with us if you need it, but almost all of our visitors last month were able to download and complete an order form and attach this to their quilt as our mail order customers have been doing over the years. The quilt order form is on our home page http://www.koolkatquilting.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/2021-Quilt-order-form.pdf The quilt collection box on the front patio is convenient for visitors as they may collect a quilt at any time, and not be dependent on our opening hours. For this to work, payment must be made on receiving our invoice, and when using electronic transfer, allow 1-2 days if you use a different bank to us (Commonwealth). We ask also that you let us know when you are dropping off a quilt, and the day when you are coming to collect it when we advise you it is ready. We do not leave quilts out overnight, although the boxes are sealed containers. Thanks again for your support and happy quilting. Please like our page and follow us on Facebook.
