Change to our order forms
Order forms to be sent with your quilts are available from the link on our home page. We prefer payment by bank deposit or electronic funds transfer to avoid fees. KoolKat has not added credit card fees to invoices to cover these costs to date as we would prefer not to add to your inconvenience. If you send credit card details, please put them on a separate piece of paper as it easier for us to shred these afterwards.

Postcodes changes to free delivery.
Due to rising costs making local postal delivery to Q 4350-2 inclusive unviable, we can no longer offer free post delivery. Almost 100% of local customers no use the quilt drop and collection boxes and this has been working well.
Seasons greetings from KoolKat
Seasons greetings from KoolKat.
We wish everyone who has been a customer this year a joyous Christmas and relaxing start to the New Year.
We will close Monday 12, which is the last day Australia Post recommends for sending parcels in order to reach their destination by Christmas.
We start again on Monday January 9th. Should any quilts arrive during this period that are not urgent, we will hold them until after Jan 9.
Thanks to all who have adjusted to our new system of handling quilts – order forms and non contact delivery at our studio. Please see side article if unsure of the details.
We have decided to make our non-contact method of quilt delivery and pickup at the studio a permanent arrangement. We thank those already using the the new system. There will be no studio appointments in person, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If you intend visiting us, please complete a quilt order form from the link on our home page, and place your quilt top plus any other materials in the quilt collection box. Let us know when you intend to do this, so that we can promptly process your order. We then email an invoice immediately and payment is due when received.
Thank you.

After cancellation due to Covid, the long running annual Christmas in the Country market returns to Gatton.
It will be held at Peace Lutheran primary school on Saturday morning November 5 at 36 East Street, Gatton.
Kat’s Kool Kreations will be there with a range of textile art and craft pieces including Kat’s signature bags with beautiful embroidery decoration.
Look forward to seeing you there.

KoolKat quilt patterns
For over a decade, Kat Adams of KoolKat Quilting designed quilt patterns which we sold via several quilt shops and on line suppliers.
We have since ceased manufacturing and selling of KoolKat patterns and sold what remained of our printed stock to Keep Quilting in Victoria.
We were later asked to supply pdf files of our original patterns so that Keep Quilting could continue to print patterns from our files under a royalty agreement.
KoolKat is no longer printing any of our patterns and the responsibility for the quality of patterns purchased from Keep Quilting is that of Keep Quilting.
Please contact Keep Quilting regarding any perceived issues with quality of printing.
Back at work
Koolkat is now back in the studio after our annual road trip in our caravan. Thank you for your patience while we have been away this month..
