The first two quilts were delivered by Anita from Brookstead – the first is being quilted with the budget I Love It trailing hearts e2e while the second is being quilted with the ribbon candy e2e.  The third quilt was quilted on behalf of Jennifer from Brisbane and is being quilted with the prickle patch e2e

Debby from Belivah sent two quilts.  The first quilt is for a grandchild child and is being quilted with the apple blossom e2e pattern.  The second is a Christmas theme quilt which is being quilted with the holly berries e2e pattern.

The pink butterfly quilt was made by Narelle from Meringandan using Kathy of KoolKat’s Bali Butterfly pattern.  Narelle asked for the sticky buns e2e pattern on this quilt.  The applique quilt came from Evelyn of Toowoomba and is being quilted with the budget leaf meander e2e machine quilting pattern, while the colourful triangles and square quilt from Bev of Toowoomba, is being quilted with the plush e2e pattern.

The first quilt has been made by Kat Adams for the KoolKat stall at the Christmas in the Country market at Gatton Shire Hall starting on Friday.  The batik quilt is being quilted with the circle meander e2e pattern in a charcoal thread.  The star cot quilt was made by Michelle from Toowoomba and is being quilted with the happy times e2e, while the quilt with the strip pieces was made by Debra from Toowoomba and is being quilted with the budget Deb’s swirls e2e.

Starting to think about Xmas gifts?  Kat from KoolKat will be just one of the many local and regional craft artists offering their work at selected markets in the months leading up to Christmas. See us at the Christmas in the Country market at Gatton Shire Hall on November 3rd and 4th.  This will be our first stall at this prestigious annual market, now in its 27th year. And there will be a last minute opportunity with the final Hand Made Expo market in Toowoomba on November 26, again at Harristown High. Hop to see you there, meanwhile our machine quilting service will continue right up until the week before Christmas.
